Munich – 10/10/2014 With effect from Thursday 09/10/2014, mgm technology partners GmbH and SecureNet GmbH, both Munich-based, will combine their expertise in the security of web applications and mobile apps in the new mgm company to be known as “mgm security partners GmbH”. The management of SecureNet GmbH will continue to manage the company.
The merger of SecureNet and mgm technology partners GmbH as a majority shareholder of the new company expands and strengthens mgm. The company has focussed for the past twenty years on the development of modern, highly scalable and secure web applications, and now gains the expertise and performance of a well-established security specialist concentrating on web-based and mobile software technologies for the last 16 years.

SecureNet GmbH, founded in 1998, was the first software company in Germany to specialise in the security of web applications. SecureNet develops individual web-based software solutions at its sites in Munich and Dresden. Its clients include major companies from the automotive industry, logistics sector and finance.
